SALON RESERVATION DEPOSIT
When booking an appointment, (all new) guests will be asked to provide a credit card deposit to hold their reservation. The Salon Reservation Deposit will be charged to your credit card at the time the appointment is being reserved. The Salon Reservation Deposit will be held & will be applied towards your appointment reservation. T he Salon Reservation Deposit will be non-refundable should the appointment be canceled under our 48 hour policy.
We're committed to helping guests & our team members stay safe and healthy. As we come back together, we have new guidelines that we all will need to follow. Please read carefully the Corona Virus Guidelines as of 5/2020:
- All guests are to monitor their personal health prior to appointment, if any signs are presenting, we will need to reschedule your appointment. We will have a 'symptoms questionnaire' for each guest
- All guests are to wait in their cars curbside until a text is received or the stylist motions for you that it is safe to enter the salon
- Promoting of 6 feet social distancing
- All guests MUST wear a face mask that fits around the ears. If not we will have some for purchase. (while supplies last)
- Visits are by appointment only, No walk-ins
- The waiting room is closed, no family members, friends or extra guests in the salon
- Limit personal belongings. We prefer wallets, phone and keys. Coat rack is closed
- We have increased sanitation practices before and after each guest.
- The team has PPE protection that we will be utilizing during your visit.
