Razz Salon Cancellation Policy
With that being said, we are aware that there are times when unexpected challenges may arise, however should you cancel your reservation less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, we not only lose your business, we also lose the potential business of other guests who may have enjoyed the reservation time. We reserve the right to charge for appointments not cancelled within this period. Any salon guest that has not canceled in the 48 hour window will be responsible for a standard cancellation fee of $50.
